1 big dragon which flies higher and 1 big snake which creeps faster,

There one builds mini mountain on top of another,

There one captures sunlight and uses in the dark,

There one loves each other with care and affection,

POEM 8 - GIFT

Got a first prize for a poor kid in sports competition,
Holding it - he walked to home with fame and pride,
Within seconds, excitement and happiness turned out to be tears,
Scolding - he got from his father without any reason,
Sadness entered the little mind instead of motivation,
Only soul who consoled him was his mother -
who knew the shades of poverty changing the kid's gift of talent !!!

Got a first proposal for a long awaited bride,
Struggle still grabbed her parents to finish of marriage,
Yet to start a bright life with so much dreams,
Shocked was the bride when she heard -
Groom and his family had quit the marriage and left,
Sheltered dowry shredding the bride and her family -
proved to be the bride's gift of marriage !!!

Got a first rank for a student after lot of effort,
Finished all hiring processes and rounds of interviews,
for his first job after lot of preparation,
Expecting fruitful result for a long time,
Struck was the student by disappointment,
When recommendation just ignored his gift of hard work !!!

Got a first address as Trash bin for the orphan children,
Not even a dress for exchange,
Educational institutions seems to them -
as exhibition centres or museums,
Who will be the guide to the future of those pure souls ?
Not even a helping hand for this young society -
dying out there of starvation,
When they will get their birthday GIFT ???

We used to play a lot of riddles during school and college life , but we would have forgotten them when we enter busy work life.Just for a rewind, I got some riddles from my old notebook - not sure the answers are available online !

POEM 7 - PAST & PRESENT

Born was the ancient man in a dark world in the past,
Survival of modern man in current flowing brightful world of present!

Communication was only through mute actions and signs in the past,
Along with actions, thousands plus languages are roaming around the world of present!

Messages and News were spread through humans and pigeons in the past,
Cell Phone, Telephone, Television, Computers with Internet changed the world of present!

Travelling to different locations was only by walk with human foot in the past,
Invention of Wheel varying from bullock cart to bullet train,
Rails,Air Planes and Ships changed the travel for world of present!

Period of time was determined only with natural changes in the past,
Invention of large to small ticking clocks and electronic gadgets and devices
changed the world of present!

Plants,fruits and animals were hunted from wild for food in the past,
Non-Vegetarian food and Vegetarian food in the form of wheat,rice,grains,
and thousands of food varieties are available in the world of present!

Ancient wars occured with arrows and weapons 
riding on horses and elephants in the past,
Modern wars discovered nuclear bombs to strange missiles 
which can destroy the entire world of present!

Living in forests and mountains with animals as friends, 
humans had built tribal huts in the past,
Skyscrapers,tallest buildings,palaces are emerging as the wonders of world of present!

Though we can sort out tons of differences for past and present,
Birth and Death of human beings cannot be stopped forever !!!!

Even if its a small task which needs huge effort,
you used to finish it fast and simple - my honest friend!
The jokes you crack not only makes one laugh
but also makes one think,
The actions you perform not only makes one happy

Glowed was the the light of knowledge from the creativity of an artist,

Bloomed was the morning flower with a magnetic sight of an optimist,

Speechless was the roots of a banyan tree with a silent language of almighty!

Glorious walls and boundaries got trapped by enemy warriors,

Blood and water shattered due to the rain shower of enemy arrows,

Weapons of the titans got clashed face to face within a moment!

Fallen the victorious chariot by the fall of king's son,

Nearer was the blades of perpetrators and predators,

Though commander's action torn the fibers of enemy troops!

The magic of an evil conspiracy murdered thousand lives,

The deceit of hilarious hacker buried the crops of charity,
Broken was the capital city to pieces during the sunset!

First time defeat in the long rule of the great king,
Finally the war ended with a siren sound of evil,
All around visible was the death agony of tears and sadness!

Drops of pure love fell into the tomb of every brave warrior,
Declared was the historical puzzle for the future generation,
Another self-respected war of the souls ready from the same land!

CHECK LIST OF LIFE

Have you ever prepared a check list of the daily actions of your day to day routine life?
If you just start quoting down the things you want to do for the day according to your priority, you will start noticing some changes day after day.You will feel like you have got the supersonic strength or supernatural powers that guide you to fix the target of your life, to achieve the goal and to make your dreams come true.
So here is one sample check list of life which I have prepared. Each one of you can prepare according to their age,priority,situations and timing.


1.How often do you read the physical books in a week since now a days electronic gadgets is replacing them?


2.Do you have time to glance at the newspaper daily?


3.How good is your communication skills and how better you know your mother tongue?


4.What is the percentage of your optimism and self confidence?


5.What do you know other than what you have been working on?


6.How long do you spend your leisure time and work time in a day?


7.What is happening around you every day?


8.What is your future aim,plan or goal? What you should do to achieve it?


9.Any idea about science,technology and global affairs and are you up to date on them?


10.What is your favorite - all topics (food,movie etc) ? Do you spend time on your favorite in a year?


11.How often you meet your close relations rather than calling them? 


12.Do you have some time for yourself?


Still this check list continues on and on....


If you are not able to answer them or not satisfied with the answers you thought to the above questions, it is the time to change yourself..Make the world to see you - make others to write your history.

POEM 1 - ROBO LIFE

With the rising sun the day begins,

No time to listen for the cuckoo voice,
No time to eat the breakfast like a king,
With the building tension, the travel begins,
Stuck in a heavy rush of traffic jam,
Arriving late to the office,
Sitting in a moving chair,
Starts the mechanical life of software engineers....!!!!

On one side, the cell phone rings annoyingly,
On the other side, strict warning comes from your superior,
Unable to recover from any side,
Unable to recognize the valuable time,
Human brain is thinking all the time sitting in a corner....!

With the hidden desires and dreams in mind
With the shattered past and future thoughts in mind,
The heart is longing to spend some elated time with the family!

During college life, we enjoyed sending
SMS to friends until the hands pain....!
But now, we are typing the languages from keyboard,
For the computer to understand,
Until the programs gain....!

After the invention of machines,
Man is becoming robotic....!
Vedas and Upanishads were chanted in past,
But now, scientifically minded tactics are in need to inform the world,
To spread the knowledge and break the future…!
