TO DO LIST OF ANY PROJECT

Now a days majority of the work force among the world population is involved in different projects in order to strive excellence and reach the topmost rank or position.Here you can find a compiled list of mandatory actions to make any project to the way to success.

To do list when you get any project:
  1. Study the project in detail and investigate why we need the project and who will make use of it by drafting a project plan.
  2. Frame all the doubts and questions about the project in brief.
  3. Understand the project thoroughly and get in depth.
  4. Collect all the basic concepts about the project via books, docs, specs, Google etc.
  5. Figure out all the probabilities and possible methods for implementing the project.
  6. Explain each and every bit you understood and share the knowledge with team mates.
  7. Stress the importance of the new ideas to your superiors and seniors.
  8. Find out the solution to all the questions/problems/loopholes as much as possible.
  9. Maintain a project record gathering all data up to date.
  10. Have 100% team work, involvement, concentration or focus and participation.
  11. Have proper planning, design, hierarchy and cycle of implementation.
  12. Maintain the confidential and sensitive data of your project.
  13. Shoot up perfect doubts and crack down the complete knowledge base of experienced members.
  14. Have sufficient encouragement, appreciation, team spirit and mutual understanding.
  15. Share the new concepts and features which will enhance the project.
  16. Sketch the complete profile and outline of the project.
  17. Undergo all processes in a systematic way from design to demo.
  18. Review the drawbacks, Report the status and make sure the quality assured for the project.
  19. Document everything which would be needed for knowledge transfer.
  20. Keep faith in your project until it accomplish complete success.
It would be a never ending list if you want to achieve perfection in your project though the above list of actions would help anything to move from nothing to something....
